Went through the drive-through because the dining room closes early. Didn't get all the condiments we'd asked for, or... silverware to eat our food with... but didn't realize that until we'd gotten back to our hotel. Their portions for chicken wereHUGE, though, and everything was tasty. It?s just difficult to eat mashed potatoes without any silverware, especially whenyou're sharing a family size portion. We went through the drive-thru yesterday evening. Which would have been August 15th at 5:40 p.m. ordered a KFC family meal and a... Long John silver family meal. We went straight home and when we opened up the packages, the fish was basically like leather. Itwas so tough you could hardly chew it. Never had tough fish before I guess. I never knew cod could be so tough. You candefinitely tell that it had been up and under a warmer for quite some time. The eight piece chicken meal that we got, had nowhite meat at all. It was supposed to be half original and half crispy. There was no crispy in it whatsoever. Very disappointed.This is the second time we have gotten bad fish at this store. There was no carbonation in the soda. They do not have ketchup for french fries. The hushpuppies were way overcrowded and super... greasy. My friend and I both ordered the same thing. 1 fish, 1 chicken, 2 shrimp. My side was hushpuppies., my friend hadFrench fries. He had a leg piece of chicken and he also received hushpuppies. Was VERY unhappy with the food. VERY greasy. Mac and cheese was cold. The breading on the fish was way to thick.
This time it was horrible!!! Was told they don't have sweet and sour sauce any more. My chicken was redipped in the grease, so... was my boyfriend's fish. Very disappointed this time. The fish was very well done.the oil they fried the fish and hush puppy in was very brown and had a bad taste to it.
