Without fail, every. single. time. I go here, I order at the box, have them double check at the window, and they STILL manage to... get it wrong after 15-20 minutes in line and still get pulled forward. They also close the window before given a receipt. Ialways try to get my kids a plain cheeseburger. They always put ketchup. And a hamburger (emphasize NO CHEESE every time!) onlyketchup. And it always comes with cheese. Ordered 4 medium fries last time, and they wouldn?t give us a dipping sauce withoutcharging $.25 because we didn?t order nuggets. And the fries were old and cold and halfway filled up. Such a waste of time andmoney to go to the location on 14. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on CC. Read more
Absolutely pathetic. Have had awful experiences here. Recently went and sat over an hour. They canceled my order but did not... refund my money. McDonald's needs to shut down this franchise. Update: McDonald's corporate got ahold of me and remedied thesituation very professionally. Turns out some horrible human being actually sneaked in and stole my order, the staff wasconfused. For McDonalds, this location is one of the very best I've ever been to. The food at McDonalds isn't awesome, but it's... predictable and good. This location though has never let me down! Excellent service, fast, friendly and good food. Read more
This was the dirtiest McDonald's we've ever been in. Stop at alot of them while traveling. There wasn't a clean table in the... place. Had to wash one to eat at. The floor was so dirty and full of food and garbage. We ate breakfast and there wereFrench fries every where. Drink station a mess and almost out of lids and straws. The bathroom was actually the cleanest placein this McDonald's. Don't stop here. Go to another exit. There's always a McDonald's. Read more
I avoided going to this McDonalds for a while because they were so incredibly slow, even in the morning when there was just a... couple cars in the drive-thru. In the mornings Monday-Friday the drive-thru team is so friendly! James at the back window is SOpleasant and sweet and the lady that works the front window (longer brown/red hair) is so nice and always double checks that mylid is on my coffee (so many times they have not been and I spilled coffee on myself). She also told me I look too young to be ateacher and I'm 32 so she gets bonus points. I rarely even get a hello at other drive-thrus so it's a pleasant change! Weekendsand evenings are slower and I'm pulled forward a lot but I know that's just to keep food fresh and the drive-thru moving. ThisMcDs is much better than it used to be! Read more
This place is always Poppin. The duel order lane works great here. Even when it is busy they do a very good job with keeping it... "fast food". With all the places to park for waiting orders it is important to pay attention on where they want you to park.Overall, service is quick, food is hot, almost never any issues with my orders. We tried to dine in at 9pm on a Saturday evening. As we were walking in the lobby doors an employee ran up and would not let us... in. She said their doors were locked and lobby was closed. Doors definitely weren't locked. There was a few customers waitingfor their orders in the lobby. After leaving, I called and asked the manager what that was about. She rudely said that theirgeneral manager had told them that they could close the lobby early. Saying your lobby is closed while there is obviouslycustomers in the lobby is just bad business. Today would be the 4th time that I?ve got coffee from this location only to sit down at my desk and work to realize it?s... basically just milk, water, and caramel. I?m not sure why they don?t know how to make the coffees on their menu but they don?t.Went to take it back to them at lunch as it?s my 4th time being burned and the line was wrapped around the building so I willjust find a new coffee spot and they won?t get my breakfast or lunch business when I come to work in Ozark. Didn?t get itreplaced or my money back because they are always too busy. They will make you pull up to wait for just a coffee. Terriblelocation. Read more
