Absolutely horrible, I?d give it negative stars if I could. Wrong orders brought out frequently, when you DO get your food, it... tastes and feels like it?s been sitting for hours, sometimes the drinks taste like there?s soap or cleaner in it, you never getyou the sauces you order, and you?ll be waiting forever as well. Even when the screen says ?on its way? I?m waiting 5 min past,knowing the workers are just piddling around and trying to make numbers look better than they are. I worked at this Sonic backin the day and I?m highly disappointed in what it has become. The job is not that hard. Step it up and put in an ounce of effortfor god sake. Read more

As usual sonic is pretty expensive for not a lot. The sandwich had so much mayonnaise and ketchup on it that it made a huge mess... and of course there's no place to wash my hands. It's across the street from a junior high so there were a lot of kids hangingout even when school should be in. Read more

My friends and I went to sonic and ordered our food. When it came out our carhop was rude to us and didn?t even read our order.... One of the items we?d ordered as a burrito and it wasn?t even wrapped. Another item wasn?t even the right thing, baconcheeseburger without any bacon? Weird. They didn?t get our drinks right and when we called back in they only gave me a burritofor free. Read more

I love the new renovation, the building is absolutely beautiful. However, Tonight I have had by far the worst experience at... this location. I understand ordering at 10:30 at night is a bit close to closing and I understand a bit of a wait.Unfortunately, I waited 25 minutes for the #12 Chicken meal, an order of French toast sticks, and a cherry slush. After waitingall that time, I had to ask for a fork and syrup, as well as needing to wait more time because, as I?ve realized, most of theparking spots have card payment issues. Once I got home i was just excited to dig into my sweet and savory meal. However, Iopen it and realize my French toast is burnt? How? I understand ordering a breakfast item so late is a bit unusual, but the factthey ended up burnt is strange to me. Finally, similarly to other reviews, I saw two to three employees just sitting andchatting outside, and other people who walked up to the outside seating order got their full meals before I did. This sonicused to be a pillar of the community, especially for high schoolers and families. However, after this renovation, everythingfeels sloppy and mismanaged. This is the third time I?ve had an issue (the other times being incorrect orders), and I feel thatothers should be aware of the state of Ozark sonic. I love the food and am so dissapointed, I wish employees were given moretraining so that this wouldn?t be an issue. Read more

We were really excited when they updated this location but the service has hit rock bottom lately. We are always missing items,... the slushies are never mixed properly...we got grape slushies and they were all white until I mixed them for my kids. Thentonight we waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks and a shake after placing a asap mobile order. There was 6 cars in the parking lot andthe girl didn't Apologize for the wait but instead made the excuse that they were slammed. I won't even get started on the 2double cheeseburgers we got that only had one patty! Lol Read more

I was really excited to get a new remodeled Sonic in Ozark, Mo. I was also hoping that the service would improve but I think it... has gotten worse. My family and I sat in a stall after pushing the red button for 15 minutes the other night. Two teenageemployees were standing out talking to friends. I knew one of them so I asked what the deal was? He said he would get someone tohelp me. Sat there another 5 minutes and still no one answered ???? Finally, got fed up because there was only 5 cars there. Wewent to Mc Donald's instead which I hate. BTW when are you going to get the App set up????? Get it together Sonic. Read more

The new building is beautiful and the renovation is nice but the service is just as bad as it ever was. Spent 30 minutes in the... drive through for 3 slushes. All of them wrong and poorly made. Not mixed correctly and they tasted bad. Just fair warning thatthis place has a lot of bad reviews for a reason. They just can?t get it together here. Really wish the new building would?vecome with an updated customer service experience. Hopefully with time they will fix this! Read more

The food tasted good and was at good temperatures. They had to correct our food order twice tonight. Then when we ordered ice... cream, they put in the wrong size and they made the wrong thing. We didn't bother getting that order corrected. The workers areobviously still learning their jobs at this new store. Patience will be your best friend here for a while! Read more
