1 in every 4 orders are correct. In my last order I ordered a pepperoni pie and cheese pie original crust, but for some reason... I received thin crust. I had a bad experience I asked for a delivery in grubhub they only confirmed but they never came to let more than an hour pass... and nothing called and they told me that I did not have an order, what I did is go directly to the Store and if I had an orderjust that They had not sent it in their systems, I received my order but until I had to go to the store to claim but 2 hourslater it is totally unfair and the pizza I ordered is pepperoni and six cheese sausage, they gave me regular pepperoni andsausage, they must better hope not to happen again Read more
I wish I could give this location zero stars. This is my local Papa John's, so it's our go-to when ordering pizza. But EVERY... SINGLE time there's an issue with the order. This place is understaffed. No one is there to greet you or take your order. Iwaited 10 minutes once before someone asked me if I needed help. Management needs to step their game up and pull this placetogether. Ordering delivery is just as bad. Waiting and 1+ hour should equate to a free pizza at least.
