I have been coming here for several years and it seems the customer service is getting worse. And today I walk in at 3:30pm and... the lady tells me she will not be making anymore pepperoni pretzels because they are closing soon. I'm so confused!!! I thoughtthey closed at 6:00pm even though Google still says 9:00pm. Very disappointed in my visit today and several others! Read more
I don't know how this place is still open? Lazy clerks that never want to make you a fresh pretzel! They always tell you they're... out of sweet almond pretzel! I finally asked the hesitant clerk "can't you make me one?". She tried too discourage me, tellingme a fresh pretzel takes at least 15 minutes to make!
