Good luck. Waiting at the counter was just as effective as waiting in the parking lot. In both locations, nothing really... happens. I gave up and went across the street to Dunkin. Read more

I have been coming here for several years and it seems the customer service is getting worse. And today I walk in at 3:30pm and... the lady tells me she will not be making anymore pepperoni pretzels because they are closing soon. I'm so confused!!! I thoughtthey closed at 6:00pm even though Google still says 9:00pm. Very disappointed in my visit today and several others! Read more

I don't know how this place is still open? Lazy clerks that never want to make you a fresh pretzel! They always tell you they're... out of sweet almond pretzel! I finally asked the hesitant clerk "can't you make me one?". She tried too discourage me, tellingme a fresh pretzel takes at least 15 minutes to make! I told her I would come back in 15 minutes to pick it up. WTH, a pretzelshop that refuses to make you pretzels!!!???????????? Read more

Pretzel bites were okay, but not fresh. Half the breading was missing the mini hot dog. We also got the frozen lemonade mixers.... They do not look anything like the pictures at all. I was hungry and it was quick, but I doubt I'll ever stop in again.Employees here don't smile and act like they hate their job. Read more

Came in for a couple pretzels. There was a few in the bin that looked very old. I asked The girl at the counter how old they... were, she said she didn't know and would have to walk over to the back area to ask the person who cooked them, then she juststood there. Bad start already. So I say okay, well those look pretty old to me, so can we order some and get fresh ones? She'svery confused. But eventually says yes? I ask her how long it will be. She says 15-30 minutes. Okay. So I say we will pick upthe few things we came for and be back before then. She tells us she can't guarantee they will still be there when we get back.I tell her okay, we will take the risk. I confirm with her that we will come back in a few minutes to buy the two freshpretzels. We pick up our few items and return to the pretzel place in about 20 minutes. The same three very old pretzels arestill sitting there. So I figure the two pretzels are still in the oven. We greet her happily and ask how much longer they willtake. She looks in the bin and says those are the same pretzels. I agree with her and ask her about the fresh ones. Sheeventually admits that they are not preparing any and they would not be able to unless we prepay?? I ask her why she couldn'thave told me this before? Why did she say she would prepare them? I say to her, I would have paid for them up front. She is justquiet and has no idea what to say to me. That was enough for us, we just decided to leave. If they were busy I might haveunderstood. But both the auntie annes and the subway had been dead. Every time she interacted with us it was after she returnedfrom chatting with the other employees in the back. They're just hanging out. At that point it's just rude. All we wanted was tobuy some pretzels that weren't as dry as a mouthful of sand. Ridiculous. Read more
