The rudest crew I've ever encountered. Manager was rudder then the other workers. Very nasty adittude, acted like it was a sin... for me to ask a question. So my dad discovered that Burger Kings shakes are so so so much better than sonic?So since then that?s where me and my fiancé... go for our shake cravings?Customer service isn?t the best like most fast food around here lately. But tonight I got two #1 andsubstituted the drinks for shakes. I?m ok with a $1.50 up charge. But when your handed your shake and one is full and the otheris 2inches less and like chocolate milk mixture instead of shake. I asked the girl at the window why is this one so funny. Sheinformed me that they ran out of ice cream so they just put milk in it to fill it up more. Ummm, ok and I?m still paying $3.00for these!? That?s what I mean about customer service. The young employee who are acting Mangers are rude & disrespectful. Then they refuse to give you their name because they know... you will report their behavior. The food is dry, burnt and most of the time COLD. Today will be my last time wasting my time inthe drive thru. If you are looking for good service, please past this place up!! Read more
The reason I ask for fresh chicken fries is half the time they are stale & not even barely warm. Tonight I asked for a whopper... combo with ketchup only & fresh chicken fries. The lady rudely replied our chicken fries are always fresh. & My burger hadeverything but ketchup. Once again me & my wife trashed our complete orders & ate something different. This is a pretty commonoccurrence only at this location & only when 2 particular workers are there. Why is it day shift & some night shift never have aissue with a simple order & these 2 Ftards can't even get a cup of water right. This specific Burger King has been problematic for years I live close and this location is close to home I have been a regular... for about 5 years and by far have experienced the best service ever over the last few visits . That lady in there with theblonde hair showed up and whipped that place into shape aside from the noticeable repairs such as the sign that has not lit upfor maybe a year the entire atmosphere of this location has changed the service is commendable the store is clean inside and thefood is always fresh they do still seem to be short handed at times but they get it done fast and friendly!!!
