Strong disappointed with this restaraunt. I'm not quite sure why we got the horrible service, especially since the table behind... us had attentive service by the same waitress. Our baked potato soup was room temperature, the waitress took 20+ minutes to takeour order, and maybe came to our table 3 times. The food was below sub par but by far the service was TERRIBLE. If I couldremember the name of our server I would absolutely include it on here. I assure I will not be back here. Read more
Waiter was good. I ordered Caesar salad and the dressing almost tasted expired. The southwestern egg rolls were not even hot and... tasted like they had seen sitting out. Almost hit or miss at a Chilis. Read more
Sat down later in the evening and the hostess greeted us and gave us silverware and asked about drinks. I ordered a bottle beer... and received draft when our server brought it by. I asked for the bottle and received an eye roll and irritation. We ordered andwhen food was brought out we asked for napkins, a refill and a small plate. First 2 we received from another server. No platethe entire visit. Our server never came back to our table but visited the 2 next to us a few times. I don't typically leavecomments or reviews. This was a disappointing experience. Food was decent. BBQ combo ribs were terrible. Fajitas were decent butthe sauce they use to make the "sizzle" on the way out caused a bad taste for the chicken. Read more
Our family of 3 visited today for the first time. Taneisha greeted us immediately, got us seated, and was an excellent help... throughout our meal. Chips were fresh and hot, our child's food was served before ours (which is so thoughtful!) and our foodwas fresh. Will definitely return soon! It?s always a hit or miss coming to this location. My last visit was a miss. The service was great & the staff were very... attentive but the food was not up to par. We started with our appetizer of cheese fries which were cooked way too long and weremore like chips. We also ordered chips and queso but the queso was more like chili and not cheese (but I think this is theirtype of queso). Once we ordered our entrees it took about 45 minutes to get to our table. I ordered a bowl of soup which wasrather cold & the rest of our table ordered pasta which was really good. Overall, it wasn?t the best experience I?ve had atchili?s. Read more
I literally just picked my order up and go to look in my bag for a straw. for my drink....first I saw my ranch cup has ranch all... over it and theirs ranch all over my to go boxes in my bag???????? this is ridiculous!!!!! I swear service at this chilis isgetting pitiful!!!!! needless to say I had ordered 3 meals and ranch was all over the containers and to go plates and also ichecked the ranch cups to see if maybe one had came open....NOPE.... they were all closed...so that means some MESSY WORKER WITHNO HOME TRAINING purposely put ranch cups that had gotten ranch on them in my bag.....didn't even wipe them off!!???????? also Ihave no straws....so I waited until I got home and my sweet tea taste like pure WATER???????? service here is ridiculous!!!!!!
