Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. We have went to this ihop multiple times over the last couple years and stop going for months in... between due to the service being terrible and the food not much better. Hire servers who actually have customer service skillsand cooks or care about the quality of food being served. This time we will not be returning. Owners need to retrain theirstaff! Read more
This place has gone downhill. It was freezing cold in the dining room. There was one server for the entire restaurant and we... had to wait for everything; refills, extra this or that. It was not her fault. Food came out in a reasonable time despitethere being just one cook. The place seemed dirty as tables sat unbussed once people left. I tipped the Cook! My eggs were perfect and no one ever gets them perfect. Now the waitress was a young lady with long brown... hair. She took her friends in front of ppl that had been waiting for awhile. We seen her when the order was placed and when wepaid. If she would have known what it meant I would have left her a penny.
