Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. We have went to this ihop multiple times over the last couple years and stop going for months in... between due to the service being terrible and the food not much better. Hire servers who actually have customer service skillsand cooks or care about the quality of food being served. This time we will not be returning. Owners need to retrain theirstaff! Read more
This place has gone downhill. It was freezing cold in the dining room. There was one server for the entire restaurant and we... had to wait for everything; refills, extra this or that. It was not her fault. Food came out in a reasonable time despitethere being just one cook. The place seemed dirty as tables sat unbussed once people left. The staffing seemed by design asthey were not very busy, but too busy for just two employees. The food was good and the prices are reasonable. It was preparedas ordered and the server was friendly. I tipped the Cook! My eggs were perfect and no one ever gets them perfect. Now the waitress was a young lady with long brown... hair. She took her friends in front of ppl that had been waiting for awhile. We seen her when the order was placed and when wepaid. If she would have known what it meant I would have left her a penny. 31 December 2021 I went in with my daughter for a bite to eat. We both ordered a chicken sandwich which were horrible. All... bread and little chicken as in photos below. Service is dumping rapidly at this place. 2 September 2021 The place is good.Much better than village Inn. Service tends to be hit or miss. Overall food is pretty good. I like being able to substitutepancakes for fries. I am disappointed as to how fast the restaurant floor has become greasy. It is obvious the same mop andwater is used to clean the kitchen. The restaurant floor has become very great all the time. Also the pavement outside theentrance was a poor choice because it shows dirt very easily. The outside entrance pavement is filthy.
