After ordering delivery online, I get a phone call that they are short-staffed and cannot deliver...and my options are to cancel... the order or come pick it up. Sometimes, guys, we order delivery to have it delivered. Doesn't mean I'm lazy...just decided toorder delivery (my bad). Then I choose 'cancel', and only the food amount is refunded...not the $10 tip for the driver (thatdoesn't exist). I call back, and a very aloof teen answers "yeah, it'll show up in a couple days"...and then cannot hide thefact that I'm disturbing her- yet again - by being a customer, and says "ok"...then a 'click'. Yep...I get it. Thepandemic...nobody wants to work... But is this the best you can do? Really? ...because it smells of mismanagement. Hint taken. Read more

My unwhich had 2 pieces of lettuce that didn't even wrap around. Please train your people. This is not the first time either.

They never have night drivers. So if you order after sunset, they will call and either tell you to pick up or cancel. If you go... to pick up, they won?t refund the delivery fee and tip without being asked. I asked about it over the phone and still have toaddress it when I arrived to get the drivers tip back. I tipped a small amount for the workers. They should turn off thedelivery option if they know they don?t have drivers. Just not worth it now. Read more

Horrible customer service. Placed my order online. After not getting my food for almost an hour, we called only to find out... there are no drivers and that we could get a refund or pick up. This is not the first time they have not had a delivery driver.The last time they called and let us know the situation and all was good. When we arrive they only handed us half the order. Weshowed them the online confirmation and he finally admitted our card was charged and made the other sandwich. At this point wefinally got an apology for the mistake. Never once did he really seem apologetic and the young lady working with him thought thewhole thing was funny apparently as she kept smirking at us. Who knows how long it would have been had we not called. Customerservice is not rocket science. The first thing he should have done was apologize. We asked for the number for the manager and hesaid I am the manager. We said how about whomever you work for. He let us know he was the main manager. We finally got thenumber for corporate and will be calling them tomorrow. Read more

Consistently bad service. Not scared to look bad for not having delivery drivers. The ONLY place in Pace that uses DoorDash,... but only allows their own drivers to deliver?then call you to tell you they don?t have a driver. Pretty cocky. Read more

The sandwiches at Jimmy John's have mostly been great. We've had a few hiccups here with either the service or a sandwich made... incorrectly but they mostly are consistent. The drive through was super fast and the food always taste fresh. The bread is a bigstar player here. Going inside smells fantastic also.. I'd love for you guys to throw a hot sub in the mix sometime. Read more
