Ordered by the KFC app. Was notified of who driver would be and time it would arrive. Food came and just sides and drink was in... bag. Missing 16c tenders, pot pie and biscuits. Called the store and talked to manager that want to argue with me that i didhave them in the bag, told her no i didn't. Then she says oh its still in the pick up area, tell the driver to come back andget it. Told her i ordered through your app and doesn't give me a way to do that. She said she might have one in her office butwasn't in it and " it wasn't her problem ". That if the driver comes back for another order she will tell him to take it to meor try and get a refund. But again was not her problem and hung up on me!! Poor customer service and will let everyone know andcontacting corporate. Read more
