this is one of them that I stop at when I'm at working and I need a good chicken sandwich they always seem to be hot and fresh... at that location unlike some of the other ones in town I won't name it right now but at least out there in Santa Rosa there's agood one. stop by and check them out also check me out (Eternal Escapades )on YouTube ???????????????????? Ordered by the KFC app. Was notified of who driver would be and time it would arrive. Food came and just sides and drink was in... bag. Missing 16c tenders, pot pie and biscuits. Called the store and talked to manager that want to argue with me that i didhave them in the bag, told her no i didn't. Then she says oh its still in the pick up area, tell the driver to come back andget it. Told her i ordered through your app and doesn't give me a way to do that. She said she might have one in her office butwasn't in it and " it wasn't her problem ". That if the driver comes back for another order she will tell him to take it to meor try and get a refund. But again was not her problem and hung up on me!! Poor customer service and will let everyone know andcontacting corporate. Read more

While ordering chicken tenders, I asked them to prepare a fresh set out of the oil. I then paid and was told it might be awhile... because they had to drop them. I agreed to wait, because on 2 prior occasions I had to come back and get a new order becausethey tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. When I reached the window to get my order a manager stated ?We havetenders that came out 7 minutes ago, and if you want to wait we can drop new ones. I was SHOCKED! I ordered what I wanted, paidfor it and for a manager to try and discourage me from getting what I paid for is unethical. To think this restaurant would havedid better from past complaints, only showed me that they are not interested in having good customer service. They also stated?they could only give small or large drinks out, because the entire KFC company doesn?t have any medium size cups. So, I had todirect them to pour out the small drinks with ice and to give me a large drink with no ice. You think they would have did thissince it wasn?t the customers fault they didn?t have medium size cups, but still wanted you to pay the order price. I left withthe tenders that had been sitting out for 7 or more minutes (look at the holding rack lines in the posted pictures),that?s why Iposted this review. I paid for an order, I didn?t ask for. Drive thru line was moving slow, I think the girl at the window was new but she was trying. We had to repeat our order over... three times and we still got the wrong stuff. Another lady took over and got us the right stuff and told us to keep what wealready had. They were out of popcorn chicken, instead we asked for tenders on our Famous Bowls and they made it happen. Weunderstand the circumstances and at least they fixed the mistakes. We will be back. Read more

Disappointing visit. First off... the employees were all VERY nice and did what they had been taught to do. So here... goes.... We arrived at 8:20 PM. Well over an hour before close. All the side items were out of the heating unit and heatwells were being cleaned. Bulk containers. The side items were not made up so we had to wait to scoop up and prepare, from thebulk containers on the counter, out of the heat. Mash potatoes and gravy were cold. The girl that handed me my drink cupsstuck here fingers inside of each cup, as she gave them to us. She did the same with the side item containers she filled. Disgusting habit. They were cleaning the lobby and corralled the few customers into a small area, which is fine... but thetables we had to choose from were dirty. They were more interested in closing on time than taking care of the customers thatwere there. I had bbq tenders, and the sauce looked like soup. They had zero flavor, and had a powdery texture. The mansitting in the next booth actually had the same meal, and said the same thing! As we left I asked him his opinion and he saidit was pretty bad. The restrooms were clean. Soda was very over carbonated and we had a long wait to finish pouring. Soda wassyrupy and not good. They REALLY need to calibrate the Pepsi flavor dispenser. A less than mediocre visit. Read more
