Lots of selection and a great place to go prior to the Thanksgiving weekend. Our server seemed to be pretty new but handled... things pretty well considering it was busy and we were a party of six. The combinations, burritos and enchiladas came out prettywarm (maybe a touch too long waiting) but the portion sizes were huge so no complaints. To be honest, the only real gripe isthat they don't serve any type of alcohol which is crazy to me considering margaritas seem almost mandatory as an accompanimentto Mexican food. Parking wasn't an issue since they have a large private lot, and the building is handicapped accessible withspots up front on either side of the main door. Read more
Always one of favorites to eat at.. we love the atmosphere the people and the food. We never have to ask for refills and they... are always fast with the chops and dip. If you have not eaten here you are most certainly missing out on some great food and abeautiful place to enjoy it. Read more

I had friends recommend this place. The food is NOT authentic Mexican food. Americanized all the way. The beans were good,... though. Almost everything on the menu says "cheese sauce"...we ask for none to be added. The prices are pretty high and FYI theydon't serve liquor. I am used to street tacos with cabeza, birria, lengua, etc. They don't have any kind of meat like that onthe menu. Read more

I grew up in a small town of very boring, bland, everyone goes to Village Inn for breakfast every weekend morning food. La... Hacienda was the only restaurant in the area of any other non-American cuisine when I was really young. Once I got into highschool, other places started to pop up. But if you were in Pace and wanted Mexican, this was your only option. I came here manytimes with my family, when my Momma wanted to take a break from making her delicious homemade tortillas. And man, this place waslike a home away from home. It's never going to win a Michelin Star. It will never even get mentioned on the internet anywhere,but it is good down-home cooking. They have ample options on their simpler section of the menu, like a taco, a burrito, anenchilada, etc. All done right, and packed with meat. Their unlimited chips and salsa are also great. Thin, crispy, salty chips,hot right out of the fryer. An a-ok salsa, with the option to purchase a bowl of guac or a bowl of warm, white queso. I alsoreally like their fajitas. That's what I get pretty much every time I go, because it's just so fun for me to make my own tacosof a little meat, a little veg, some guac, a little salsa, maybe crush a tortilla chip or two in there for texture. It's a goodtime. Like playing with your food. Sometimes I write reviews and it turns out to be just the ramblings of a mad man. So, I'llstop now, because La Hacienda certainly doesn't need four full paragraphs to say that the ambiance is nice, the staff isfriendly, and the food is good.
