In the drive thru on 11/26/22 at around 5:35pm, each car ahead of me waited 10 minutes each before they would even take the... order. This is crazy. Chicken sandwich it was gross. Chicken must have been put in a bath of oil then placed Ina bag with no paper wrapper and it was... not even warm. I also tried there benigots 3 in the order they were also in a bag that must have had a cup of powder sugar. Poorservice went to drive thru placed order paid they hold me to pull forward they would bring it out after 13 mins I had to walk inand get it. I'm really impressed coming from a Store manager in Milton. I have to give Ms. Jennifer and the staff 5 stars. The restaurant... is always clean, the food is always fresh and everyone is always smiling. I have to drive in alot of traffic to come here butit's well worth the drive. Excellent service!! Absolutely ridiculous.. Waited patiently for 30 minutes at the speaker and asked 2 times if they were ready to take our order.... The first time we were told ?just a minute? then asked again after 10 minutes to be ?greeted? by another lady telling us in therudest way possible ?how bout you pull up then!? The food is usually good; however, we had a horrible customer service experience at drive through last weekend for dinner. It... took about 5 to 10 mins per person just to place an order and there was no one in line at drive through. Whoever is takingorders needs a lot of training. Read more
Always great choice. Picked up 2 Cane Dine meal. With red beans & rice (tasty as always) and coleslaw. Mild chicken (ask for... extra hot sauce) sauce to taste ????. The chicken is moist, Not greasy, done to perfection! Crispy skin. Read more
I could rate them lower but I'm not. I ordered online. Unlike some places they make your order when you come through.... Unfortunately for me they ran out of biscuits. Somehow it took them over 30 minutes to make my biscuits which is kind ofridiculous in my opinion....before i went inside and acted like a baby. I hadn't eaten all day and I came in and was straightHANGRY and acted like a massive Karen for a second to the poor older lady. She gave me some extra biscuits and a few extratenders. Then when she eventually brought my food out she forgot my tea. I acted sweet at this point because I felt bad but Ithink she felt horrible and scared because I'm a scary looking guy. She brought it out to me and the food tasted awesome. And Ialso discover she gave me a free apple and strawberry pie which was super sweet of her because it ended up taking like 45 extraminutes. Why so stingy with the sauce? Is the sauce fridge on a time delay lock? I don?t believe there is any possible scenario where an... establishment can fail to give sauce so consistently, without it being on purpose. I truly believe that when people are hired,they are told to intentionally ?forget? the sauce. Why even ask what sauce I want if you aren?t going to give it? I counted andout of the past seven experiences at this Popeyes, they forgot the sauce six times, even though they ask what kind of sauce Iwant. I know where the sauce fridge is? do you guys?!
