Sadly it seems like all Sonics have turned there attention away from the drive in and mainly focus on the drive thru. The food... that was fried was well over cooked and the chicken tenders were some of the smallest I have ever seen. It?s pretty bad when you and your fiancé pull up to drive through window and at the same time say are you ready for bad... service?have decided not to do this the past two out of four times in the 2 years I have lived here, but this is ridiculous.They told us over the intercom to pull to the window to order?ok??.but weather may be the reason?So after waiting behind 2 carsto order and receive their food. It is our turn. My fiancé asked if they had the new pickle burger because they have noadvertisements for it nor was it on the menu. He said yes, and a medium chocolate shake, he asked if it was a combo, yes and hewanted the fried pickle chips?the man said we can do them but something is wrong and all the breading comes off and they lookugly. So he got tater tots. I get a cheeseburger with bacon, no tomato. The man was so confused and told him I want everythingjust not the tomato, he said ok do I want ketchup and mustard I said yes. After about 9 minutes we get our order and left. Wegot home and the food worst than the service! First my fries were soo tough and chewy and had a taste I couldn?t think of whatit was until My Fiancé was eating his One Fried Small Pickle cold pickle burger?his wimpy one pickle was freezer burnt. So ourfries and pickle was freezer burnt, My burger that I said yes to mustard and ketchup too came with only mayo. The milk shakeswere the only good part. I?ve lived here two years, I?ve gone five now times?first two I?ll even say that the staff was rude butI got milk shakes and they were good?. But the last three when we got food it?s been missing orders, cold and stale buns, frozen burnt fries and pickles?I think we might boycott them until we hear service is better and the food is fresh and not staleand freezer burnt. This place is a train wreck. Anytime we give them a "second" chance they manage to mess it up. It's actually really hard to... order here, the stalls rarely work (or it takes 10mins fot them to get to you) even when theyre open. Today the app wouldn'tcheck in, which isnt their fault, but they didnt answer the stall which was open. We had to go drive thru and we got a "well beright with you" 5 mins waiting at the box. Dude never came back to the speaker even after all the cars in front of us cleared sowe just rolled up to the window and got the order. We typically only get tea here with a snack and today they managed to mess upthe tea. The tea had no tea flavor but with how long it took to get service coupled with the fact the stuff is made in batches,it wasn't worth it to get it remade and I just dumped it. Over 30 min wait after it's scheduled pick up time, after placing a app order to be ready at a certain time so total they... needed a hour with almost no one at the restaurant to give me food half cold, coke float was gross after sitting obviously waybefore my food was done with flat soda, rude girl who works there no regard for anyone's time. They cleared my order saying itwas done saying on my screen it had been delivered to me... It had not, I have given this location multiple tries over time foodalways sucks, always slow, rude staff, just need to be completely restaffed for better results. The food is good IF you can get your order taken. Expect a half hour wait through the drive through. Most of the displays are... busted. I've been here quite a bit, and consistently the establishment is either very understaffed (most likely) or the currentemployees aren't very efficient. They're always amicable, but definitely the single slowest fast food place outside of Whata. Read more
I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito combo with orange juice, no ice. I was told it was $8.56, I think, because I... couldnt hear the person on the intercom. I was charged $10.58. I got ice in my drink. I got cheddar poppers. No hash browns. Theeggs in my burrito clearly had been sitting in a warmer for hours. They were hard and dry. There's almost no meat. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chili was BURNT ruining 2 of the things we got. The dill burger was burnt, had 0 dill... taste, and was missing most of the toppings. The drinks were the ONLY thing that was good. Will not be going back here unlesssolely for drinks. Update....came back 2 more times. 1 time I went to the drive through and waited 10 minutes with 0 answer. Then went and parked and ordered. 10 more minutes later still no food so left. Went back 1 more time and simply got 2 drinks. 1 of which was a cherry limeade slush. The Cherry Limeade slush had ZERO, ZIP, 0 ICE. A SLUSH WITH NO ICE. Will not ever go to this location to get anything! Got here at 8pm on 10/8 and simply ordered a Medium Cherry Cream Slush that?s... it! They were not very busy at all, there were younger teens in the stalls hanging out cussing, smoking, and workers walkingback and forth to them. By 8:30pm still had not got the 1 drink that I ordered so I pushed the red button and asked if my cardpayment had went thru yet, if it had not I wanted to just go ahead and leave because I no longer wanted to wait for 1 drink forthat long. The employee said it had not went thru yet he has to take payment when he comes out but he was about to walk out withit so I said okay and waited. He did come out with drink and said he would bring me back a straw in which he forgot, so when hebrought my card back I simply asked for the straw and he said he had forgot he would be back. After almost 40 minutes waitingfor a drink and just an awful experience all around I will NOT come back! Read more
