this place is absolutely disgusting the service here was horrible i was not able to choose if i wanted a foot long or a 6 inch... they also had flys landing all over the meats completely unsanitary they also dropped the thing that puts your sub in the heaterthen sat it back down then continued to use it for my sub and my friends the bread machine was messed up this subway is acomplete train wreck and would not be shocked if there was bugs such as roaches and or ants there could even be rats i neverrecommend going here again i ate it tho bc a girl gotta eat Read more
The food tastes like every other Subway in the world but the people are less than pleasant.
The manager is incompetent. Puts no effort into hospitality or problem solving. I also purchased three $15 gift cards FROM THIS... LOCATION and when I went to use one It was told that it wasn't accepted at this location by the manager. AFTER being told by thefront end staff their card reader wasn't working. Had 5 subs made via online order. Every sub had old, hard crusty bread. One sub was just thrown together and looked nasty, could... not even see any meat. I order the same thing every time I come to subway. Today I was ordering a sub and half way through making my sub i am informed... that several toppings I have on my sub are discontinued. No where in the restaurant was a sign telling people that toppings arenow limited. Needless to say I walked out and went to Jersey mike's. I would think that this is going to happen with many otherpeople. You lost my loyalty. Last week I was at the 9 mile and university location, waited in line for 14 minutes before Iwalked out .the owner was there and the people behind the counter were arguing and acted like they did not want to be there.Sandwiches were falling on the floor and the owner was on the phone the entire time and did nothing at all .i sat in truck andate my sonic burger and watched many other people leaving upset. This store has the rudest employees. The website says they close at 10pm. I walked into this subway at about 8:55pm as this girl... was making the family in front of me their food the girl looks at me and says ummm... yea I am actually closed now. I said thewebsite says 10pm she said well we started closing at 9. I looked at my phone which said 8:56pm and told her well it's not even9 yet anyways. She said oh well sorry. What in the world is wrong with people. Needless to say I am not going back. I onlyneeded a turkey sub. Lord. But clearly customer service is lack8ng at Subway!
