Eat here weekly and I?ve noticed a steep decline in the taste of the chicken tenders. I?m guessing it may be the oil needs to be... replaced not sure. But it tastes almost burnt and smells like a smokers living room. Gonna have to stop visiting this locationif this isn?t fixed because it?s actually ruins the food experience. Read more

I ordered a Cobb salad as I have done a few times there, but I noticed that my salad leaves were a bit brownish so I ignored... that and just went on to eating my salad until I discovered what appeared to be a dead fly in my salad. I discretely asked themanager to come to my table because I had something to show her. She seen the fly and then asked me did I want my money back. Itbothered me that she even asked me because to me her response should have been I will refund you, your money and maybe even thenext meal is on us. Would be much better if they actually got my order right. It shouldn't matter the time of day, if you order something with a... sauce your chicken should be coated in it and not just regular chicken fingers and boneless wings... also never gave us anysauce. Last two times I have been to this store they have messed up my order. First time in drive thru they had everyone pull over to... the side as they ran out of cooked chicken. After 20 minutes waiting they said my order was given to another customer. Imade them give me a refund. Second time today I asked for my salad chicken on the side. Well I get home and no chicken. I ordered fried pickles and ranch got none. My bf ordered chicken strips with zaxbys sauce and he got none. On top of his food... being completly wrong. To top it off I ordered a medium sweet tea he ordered a large coke. We got a medium coke. No sweet tea. Ididn't even go back to get sauce or my order fixed. We didn't even eat it. *Updated rating* thanks to good proactive customer service! On my very first visit to this place, our order was not made... correctly and the quality was lacking a little. Even my wife said it wasn't up to the usual standard she has experienced fromthe company. Alex reached out to put things right and we are grateful to her and Zaxbys for listening to feedback.
