This location has only outdoor seating. And if you think they are closed look harder their windows are heavily tinted and the... open signs are lit but hanging on the inside so they're sometimes hard to see making the place look dark. Food is good and theyhave both US and Mexican Cokes. They have flan if you want something sweet after your meal. Plenty of parking. Read more

On the recommendation of some friends, I stopped by for some take out. I didn?t want to get a full plate so I opted for a... regular burrito with Al Pastor meat and the regular toppings like onion and cilantro. Everywhere I?ve eaten a regular burrito,it?s a meal by itself. I waited for 10 minutes being that it?s a busy time for most eateries late in the afternoon. I wassurprised to see well over 6 people milling around at the register and only one register taking orders, and the same amount ofstaff in the kitchen where that?s where the staff is really needed. My burrito finally arrived hot and fresh. But what surprisedme was that the burrito is the size of a kids meal burrito for what I paid for it, and they served it with barbacoa meatinstead. Sorry Los Panchos but you?ll never see another dime from me for meager portions, slow service, and wrong orders. Somereading this will say I should have retuned it. Love the new location, spacious and clean (outdoor seating only for now). Staff was very helpful. Appreciate that most of the... food is not overseasoned so you can actually taste the quality of ingredients. We got a Super Burrito, quesadilla for the kids,ground beef tostada, chile rellano and freshly made guac and chips - all very tasty. Recommend getting chile rellano "jugo"(juice/sauce) on the side. Can get a little messy but still good. With so many big box retail and restaurant chains in PleasantHill, Los Panchos is a welcome change. Read more

Love love the ground beef tacos and shredded chicken tacos. Also had the cheesy enchilada and chili releno was... delicious. Plenty of parking, clean interior and exterior, friendly staff. The only thing is the enchiladas and chili relenoboth spilled and the paper bag is soaked and it was quite messy. I kept it still but the sauce still spilled. Besides that,love this place and everything I?ve ordered from Los Panchos has been terrific. Also, they keep the restaurant so clean, Ipicked up to go and all the employees were so hard working!! I ordered a happy burrito, with a chile relleno and grilled Chicken +$3 inside and for $3 more I got it wet with enchilada sauce... and cheese on top.
