I live nearby and go here more frequently than I would like to admit. Other than ONE time that I have had an issue since moving... to Pacific in 2018, I have had nothing but great service. I went through the drivethru just now. The young man at the windowsaid that the guy ahead of me was very mad for waiting like 20 minutes. The person ahead of him had a HUGE bag of food. So Ijust wanted to say that the young man was super nice to me and we should really be more kind to everyone...but especially thefew people who are sticking it out in fast food right now. The food was great and the order was accurate but the wait in the drive thru was too long.
This place was amazing!! I was having some issues with my bank card and they seen it declining and seen me getting very upset... and my son was there saying how hungry he was so they covered it for me. After we sat down to eat they came over and brought myson a cookie and then one girl even came back and shared some brownies with us!! This was the evening shift!! I went to get a chicken deluxe nacho. lady at the drive-thru said not until 11:00am. It was 10:56 at the time. it would probably... have been ready by 11 am. I will never go back to the Pacific, MO location. Picked up the new hot honey chicken waffle sandwiches for my house guests. One... of them had a large, bent paperclip wrapped up with the sandwich. Then when my husband took it back, no one apologized or actedas if it was an issue. The manager just took it from him and said ?I?ll take care of this?. Then he witnessed her use the samepaperclip to clear a clog in the honey dispenser. ????She then gave a new sandwich to a teen working the counter and told him togive it to my husband. She never asked him if he wanted another sandwich or his money back or what. He refused the sandwich fromthis nasty place. Read more
Threw away the burger and quesadilla after the first bites. Made it through 2 jalapeño poppers, though. Food was awful to the... point of worrying I'd get sick if I swallowed my first bite of chicken. Sadly, the employee that helped us was super friendly.Wish the food matched her level of care.
