Drove a few hours to this KFC. Found out that they decided to close before their posted close time. Ignored me when I was trying... to order. If you're going to publish that you're open until 8:00, you should actually be OPEN UNTIL 8. Update (July 28th at9:00 PM): Once again, I drove all the way out here to find the workers hiding inside just out of view from the window afterignoring me sitting at the ordering box for 15 minutes. They decided to close an hour early unannounced. Terrible customerservice. Update your hours if you're going to close early. Read more
Drive thru employee was extremely rude. Our order was almost $103.00 and she told us to call first next time. I explained we... were from out of town. She continued to tell us that we took the food from the next 10 cars. There was absolutely NO othercustomers there. The chicken bucket and tenders had definitely been sitting for awhile. I finally told her that we chose to comethere and give them our business. We could have easily gone elsewhere. She said yes you could. Then once again said we took foodfrom the next 10 cars. I finally told her not my problem. There was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, NO CARS IN LINE! She could have asked usto park while they prepared our order...no problem. Absolutely the worst service! Read more
Horrible experience. We got tenders and fries which would sound super easy, but the fries we hard and cold. Not to mention... they barely put any in the containers. The chicken tenders were also very hard. Sucked I paid $34 dollars for three people toeat and none of us could even finish our meal it was so bad!!! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told 16 minutes for my 2 piece meal, and after 30 still had not gotten it. How does a... chicken fast food restaurant run out of chicken, and why wouldn't you tell the customer that upon ordering instead of sitting inline for 10 minutes, then pulling for another 30 and still no food. Absolutely unacceptable. do yourself a favor and goelsewhere. Read more
The service and chicken were both good. However, I was annoyed that when using a coupon I could not sub green beans for cole... slaw. I did not receive the receipt and could not find a way to contact corporate regarding this policy. I guess I will have toget out of my car and go into places that are more flexible. Read more
Was there right after they opened, and the place was filthy. Dried, sticky soda all over the dining room floor; sticky tea, and... chicken grease all over the counter; trash and food crumbs all over the tables. I called ahead to place a larger order, and itwasn't ready when they said it would be. They also messed up my sides. This location needs some help....a deep cleaning, and alittle sprucing up. Food was all refried. Soaked in oil. Guy at the window was great. Soda also had an odd taste. Probably won't be back.
