Cold fries and quarter pounders. Will not buy from this McDonald's again. I have had cold fries but warm burgers. But never... both. Waited 5 minutes to order and no one in line in front of us. Don't waste your time with this McDonald's. Read more
Went in and used the kiosk and 15 minutes later I went to make sure our order was received. She then proceeded to try to talk to... me across the restaurant. I said I?m not going to yell across and she then copped an attitude and said that?s why I?m comingover. I then said no if I hadn?t have told you I wasn?t you would have continued. Long story short my order ?wasn?t showing? butmy card was charged and she knew the rest of my order after I said mine was the one with a happy meal. The service was good, the food was way above average. The only reason for 4 stories is the short speech with a touch of rudeness... when ordering at the drive through. Maybe the guy was having a bad day or was just overwhelmed it was busy. Other than for thatI would have given them one of my rare 5 Star ratings. Read more
Nasty dirty fly infested facility . Waited 20 min for food inside by counter. Manager was rude upon our request with name... calling & then said to leave ?her restaurant ? without our food & refund ! Food was never given to us but she was going tokeep our money ! Talk about control & theft ! Then made fun of my appearance (eyes ). How professional - NOT! Will becalling corporate. After saying we would call police ; our money was finally given back. This place needs to learn how totreat their customers & admit when they?ve dropped the ball ! Read more
Upon arriving, 2 managers were at the counter while we were waiting for them to acknowledge us so we could order. They never... did, I had to greet them first. No ice in the drink machines and the area was filthy. Flies all over by it. Had to search for atable due to most of them being dirty. Once we did find one that looked clean, there were flies everywhere! Only reason this isgetting 2 stars was because food was fresh and the lady preparing orders was very kind. Otherwise, I'd pass. Stopped for lunch today on way home. Drive through ...The wife and I got meals. I got a Crispy Spicy chicken sandwich, fries,... dr pepper. SC was soggy but at least above warm. Fries sucked... luke warm at best and definitely not crispy. Not worth what wepaid this time. Read more
We ordered a plain quarter pounder with cheese and a quarter pounder with cheese with no pickle. We received 2 quarter pounders... with everything on them. And they were raw. See pic. No sauces in bag either even though we were charged for them. Read more
I feel McDonalds is a great fast food place (soda & fries) But, like most places nowadays have gotten greedy with their prices!... And you no longer have decent customer service! I use the drive thru quite often and only 1 out of 12 employees said Thank you,Have a nice day! Just for the fun of it I have counted and this has been at 4 different locations! What ever happened tofriendliness, kindness, and happiness? UGH I know sometimes you have a bad day and have to work BUT come on people ..... BENICE!!!
