Very clean. They have some really cool suvinares or birthday gifts to buy. They have slot machines in the store and you can buy... hot food however there food we have tried has been to cooled, nasty. The jalapeños peppers popper would have been really goodif hot and fresh. They won't give discounts on the food even when it's not hot and fresh. We also tried getting air into ourtire a few different times over the last few weeks and the air always has a out of order sign. It's a few good miles to the nextcloset air pump from this gas station. We played on slot machines es and lost 20.00 each and bought 20.00 worth of scratchers atthe machine inside store and only won 15.00 back out of 20.00 in scratches Read more

The pilot personnel were friendly and helpful. Although the website says Subway is open until midnight, it was closed before... 10pm. I guess the 2 people there just didn't want to work anymore. Read more
Clean establishment and with great amenities but very few parking spaces for truckers traveling I-44 / HWY 50. I believe I... counted 8-10 Diesel & DEF fuel isles. Speaking of fuel isles, from the isles to the store has to be the longest walk and moststeps to go up-and-down in truck stop history! Jen that works inside the place is nice and friendly, so kudos to her! But beprepared for the long walk and concrete steps! Read more
Was Just There Yesterday...Worst Fuel Island I Ever Seen...No Squeegees, Let Alone Soap 4 Ya Windows, Check Out The Picture... Though "The 1s I Manage to Take...Manager Claimed they Only Had 1 Maintenance Guy, & He Was Doing it All...They Didn't Try &Assist Him Though...Multiple Women Workers Including Her, but I Guess They Were to Good to Clean Showers, Take Garbage, orAssist With Any Other Needs in This Facility...I've Seen Som Bad ones, but This Was Ludicrous. All trucks must use ?1? road to enter and exit the ONLY driveway into this Pilot. The problem being ALL TRUCK DRIVERS must be... aware of other trucks entering and exiting road and driveway giving each other the right-away. As a driver you will need a lotof patience and be extra observant of others to navigate this location. So plan wisely when coming to this Pilot. Also whenfueling at the first 3 pumps you will either have to make a sharp left turn into them or make a right into truck parking areaand drive through the parking lot in order to line up into the pumps. 1/3 of the fuel pumps were ?Out of Order? when we werehere. This Pilot is clean and everyone working here seemed friendly. It is a smaller Pilot with a subway. Personally I willdrive a little further to fuel, park and shower because I don?t have the patience or desire to navigate this location again.Other than that it was a good place to sleep and shower. I have been here several times and it's a nice place for the traveler to stop at. Very easy off and on from I-44. They have a... little bit of what the traveler may need such as chargers and other cellular accessories. Plenty of drink and snack choices.Each time I stopped, the staff were very nice making sure you find what you need and very polite. The men's room was clean aswell. Read more
I came in this morning and it was no cashier in site and a driver was looking for cashier so he can pay for his coffee and when... I seen a woman (Dana) that works which I think she is a manager here I told her a customer needed her and she rolled her eyesand smacked her teeth at me. She was rude and didn?t feel like being bothered obviously. As I grabbed some items and head up tothe front it was a guy name (Jordan) at the register which he was very nice. But (Dana) needs to find her a job that makes herhappy! Smh! Read more
