It is down right bizarre how often they run out of coffee and ice tea? in fact I?ve caught them at a time when they have either... one. Stranger than fiction lol. But the people are nice and the food tastes like Taco Bell tastes nation wide. Read more

This place is consistently out of main menu items such as ground beef, nacho cheese and soda. It is worth the 10 minute drive to... go to the Eureka location instead. Read more

Service is very hit or miss here. Most times the workers are friendly and my order is correct, but I?ve had a few experiences... where they didn?t seem to care much and were a little rude. There have been a few times I will order an item and it won?t bemade correctly, such as soft taco supremes not having tomatoes, quesaritos not having rice, etc. And I would say about 70% ofthe time I order here, they don?t provide napkins. Many times they tell me that they only accept card or exact change, whichcan be frustrating. Read more

Service fast. Food was hot and how I ordered it. The cashier was ok... She could have been better at acting like she really... cared... Did not ask if I wanted any sauce, looked as if she was more interested in something that was going on in the parkinglot next door. Read more

We ordered in the drive-through tonight and when we got home our order was wrong. I was very heated as this was not the first... time this has happened at this location. I called and spoke with the manager and she was very apologetic and went above andbeyond to make the situation right. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she single handedly turned a 1 star situationinto a 5 star experience. Read more

This happened on Jul 22, 2022 at around 6:00 PM. I normally have very good experiences with this location, but today was... different. Here's what happened: When I pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru, a very nice young lady asked me to go overthe menu and wait until placing my order (I guess she was preoccupied with something else). I quickly let her know that I wasjust picking up an online order, just in case it would be an easy task for her to complete quickly. Right after I said that Iwas picking up an online order, another older lady in the restaurant barged into the conversation and said in a SUPER rude tone"you're just going to have to wait!". My response was something along the lines of: "Uhhh.. ok?" (I was shocked at how rude shewas). She replied in an even sassier/ruder tone: "Yeah. That's just how I'm built". I pulled up to the window and spoke with themanager (very friendly) about this interaction. He told me that he heard the whole conversation. He said it was incrediblyunprofessional and that the worker would be disciplined. Read more

Most times you go here, there is a problem. "We aren't taking cards today" (after your stuck in line and was ready to order).... When asked why they don't put out a sign, they said they aren't allowed to. One time waiting 30 minutes for an orderinside. Another time out of lettuce. Most times recently they are out of Mexican Pizza, but at least they did have a sign. Theirdrive through lane is the worst ever, it is way too narrow for bigger/longer vehicles like an extended cab truck. If your notvery careful trying to get around the skinny 90 degree turn encapsulated by high curbs on both sides you might damage your rim. Read more
