I stay here quite regularly. Things have changed with my job to where the location isn't as convenient for me when I'm in town,... yet I continue coming back. The rooms are usually clean and well stocked. All the ladies I've dealt with at the front desk havebeen over the top incredible. The rest of the staff I've run into in the halls and outside have always been incredible. Notevery visit here has been perfect, but when issues arise, they get fixed rapidly. I've seen the ladies at the front desk dealwith difficult customers, and they somehow manage to keep a smile on their face and do their jobs with great professionalism. Iuse this hotel as the benchmark for every other Comfort Inn I stay at elsewhere in the country. I've yet to stay at another onethat totally hits the high marks of this location. Positive: It was easy to find and breakfast was good. Although first morning the food could of been a little warmer but was ok... our 2nd day. Negative: The first afternoon our bed linens got soiled. When we called down to get them changed the front deskperson said they were very busy & didn't have anyone there that could do that. They did offer us new set of sheets.
