When they first opened this locations the coffee was great. However, the espresso shots seem to vary quite a bit in quality... from good to burnt, and everything in between, with over heated milk sometime as well (can?t drink for 15-20 minutes becauseit?s so hot) Their chai (vanilla and spicy? but they don?t tasty that different) is super tasty though!! UPDATE- I havereached out trying to contact Gravity numerous times with zero replies. They promised a product refund that has never beengiven. Customer service took this from a 3 star to a 2 star! Gravity Coffee has been a favorite of mine for a few years now, and I just converted a friend! I can drink it hot or iced, and... the best thing is they have Sugar-free syrups! And they have the BEST Staff! Read more
