The manager at this location lacks customer service and really has a bad attitude towards customers. He dislikes visitors and... tourists as he stated from ordering at his location, really? Btw, pizza was cold and not fresh! Read more

Went here twice. The first day the person forgot salami on my pizza... Not nice but it can happen. The second day I ordered... extra cheese, however it was very dry. There were only very few pieces of chicken. Not tasty at all. I wrote to Domino's throughtheir website, never heard from them. Read more

The staff tonight gets ZERO stars. We ordered one item at 7:30PM and were told it would be ready at 8PM. We showed up at 8:05PM... and were just told "not ready." After asking several times we FINALLY got our one item at 8:30PM. This store used to be so muchbetter. Read more

Every time we get from Domino's it's hot and ready out the door. It's simply the best. What more can one want than the buttery... garlic crust? Read more

The staff working tonight deserves 5 stars. They worked their tails off and it showed. The food was great and hot when picked... up. From one food service worker to another, you are appreciated! Keep up the good work. Read more

I ordered in one rainy weekend night and about 45 minutes passed and I hadn't gotten my pizza. No one picked up the phone and... so being slightly hangry I drove my over to see what the problem was. When I got there, I busted past the "help wanted" signready to go full Karen and demand my food. But any frustration I had dissipated when I saw two people working their behinds offas fast as possible, holding down a six person shift by themselves. The young gentleman (Jaimie I believe) genuinely apologizedfor the delay as he continued knocking out pizza after pizza, explaining that due to employee shortage they were backed up. Theolder gentleman asked my name and I realized that he was also doing deliveries while one person handled the orders. I was in aweof the system they were running and the level of work being put in. I hope that they are at least partial owners of thatfranchise location or being paid handsomely because they're keeping that business open. I would say anyone with issues ondelivery speed in that situation should jump behind the counter and help out. It's not fair that they were in such a situation, but they were working as fast and as hard as they could and the pizza was absolutely great quality as well. Kudos to them, Ihope they get some more employees soon and that the negative reviews on occasionally rushed orders don't affect thosehard-working individuals. Most others would have looked at that workload and quit on the spot, I'm really writing this in thehopes that those two will be rewarded/promoted ...yes there was a delay but it was understandable. It's not employees fault if acompany doesn't hire others. Read more

You know...for a pizza chain that has been trying hard (and successfully) to rebrand their product line and image, visits like... these are what make customers go elsewhere. Having no integrity to accept that this is a burnt and should not be served issimply beyond me. It is a lack of appreciation for the customer and the employer when stuff like this gets sent out. Lazy! I gota pizza as well with this order. Thankfully it was good and not burnt. This could have been a 4 to 5 star review because mostDomino's are actually pretty good. This is not the first time with lackluster products from this store though...which is why Iknocked off a couple stars. Read more
