Love the food, worth it.
Definitely the worst chipotle I've been to. Worst service. Food is terrible. Just went there asked for double meat then they... tried to charge me twice (two meats, double meat) which is not what I ordered. The girl did not give them anywhere near thatamount of meat. The girl at the Pacific Palisades shop was sweet and recommended that I get the steak bowl. But the meat was so tough and... grisly. I had to throw most of it away. Never Again...This is the second time I have tried Chipotle and it was terrible bothtimes. I honestly don't understand the popularity. Read more

Not well managed. Always seems dirty and often out of key food items. Seems like a bunch of poorly trained high schoolers not... supervised well. Parking is tricky. Some Street parking at meters and a couple of pay garages nearby. Not very accessible butdoable. Restroom. Outdoor dining. Read more
The rice, undercooked. The kernels of corn, hard. The portions? Super small, you need to ask for double and pay for it to get... the regular amount you get at usual chipotles. This is an utter disappointment. The kid behind the counter looked afraid, lostand confused. The poor boy didn't know what he was doing. Management is at fault for how this place is run. Whoever is the owner of this place should try harder. And the parents of the kids who work here should teach their kids what it... means to have good work ethic. Employees weren?t wearing masks. There was barely any rice and I asked for fresh rice. Instead Iam given 2 barely scoops of rice. I still have to pay the same amount as if I had received 2 regular scoops of rice.
