Customer service has eluded these people. I got 2 scoops of different flavors. I asked for a mix-in topping with one of the... flavors. The little boy who was unenthusiastically ?helping? me flat out refused. He said ?It?s too much work.? I pointed outthat the process is the exact same as any other order with a mix-in. He then said he could mix both flavors and toppingstogether, but couldn?t do a mix-in on only one of the flavors. That?s ridiculous AND the same amount of work. What?s worse?thesenior fellow working with him said nothing, allowing this kid to flat out lie to customers. Shame. Read more

Worse experience ever. Ordered a cake ahead of time and they didn?t have it ready on time. No notification was provided and no... compensation was given. The staff was extremely unfriendly and even rude. Just blankly starred at us. Read more

Great service! Trash and I order ice cream a lot. Everyone is needing to stay home and shelter in place. The yummy ice cream... helps us and the kids. We use DoorDash, but it is all the great employees that keep us going there. Read more

The ice cream here is amazing whereas the smoothies are not worth it at all. I recommend the paradise cove for a summer time... treat. It creamy and sweet and the balance of white chocolate and pineapple was surprisingly very good. Read more

The Friday night crew has the most amazing group of girls working there!! I've gone in there almost every friday for a few... months now and I'm embarrassed to admit I dont know their names yet (girl with glasses and purple hair you seriously rockbabe!!) but she always remembers our order, and might I add I'm a bit needy when it comes to my ice cream I have a prettyspecific order lol and shes never annoyed or bothered by it lol and they couldnt be any friendlier!! Well, it's cold stone so the ice cream will always be good. The service was friendly and they made an accomodation to my nut... allergy. The only problem is cramped seating so take it to go. Read more

Understaffed. Dark, dirty, and dingy. Some days they are cleaner than others, and sometimes they have enough staff. But other... times I just walk back out. My husband loves this place; the ice cream itself isn't so bad. Read more
