Want to eat AYCE hot pot without breaking the bank? IN TIMES OF INFLATION, never heard of. Well, Grand HotPot proves you wrong.... It provides low cost with countless amenities including drinks, snacks, and alcoholic beverages. There is just so much tochoose, if you just ate the already prepared food, the price is already justified. Now, this so far sounds like a 5, startrestaurant but the reason I?m giving it 4 stars is because of the drinks and meat quality. The meat quality was very fatty, thedrinks were kind of mediocre and very filling. If you wanted water, it had a huge unwelcoming flavor that was extremely offputting. In other words, stay away from certain flavors of ice cream, and water. With good service and maintains excellent foodquality majority of the time, it?s a well deserved 4 stars! Read more

I have never gone to a place like this. I forgot that I was still in America for a minute; it felt very authentic. Food was... super good, but it is a bit hard to understand how to order at first. Would definitely go again! Read more

Broth had good flavor. Meat is sliced paper thin. We had prime beef, lamb and pork belly (looks like bacon slices), which had... the best flavor. $23.99 for lunch and $32.99 for dinner (might be $33.99).lots of different veggies. Dinner has the seafooditems. My issue with this lunch menu is there is no fresh seafood offered. First time at this place w/reservation and it took awhile to seat us. No explaining how ordering works. Place seems popular and price is decent. Don't know if I'll go back. Read more

Very good hot pot in Pacifica with incredible ambiance and interior decoration. The pots with broth are huge, the drinks are... plentiful in sodas/ Asian drinks which you can get yourself from the fridge (convenient), and there is an ice-cream bar. Thisis the only hot pot place I've seen in which the menu is so large. You can order other fried dishes also. Great all you can eatbang for your buck. Read more

I just realized that I never read the place even though I've been coming here quite consistently. The first time I came here... was when they just opened and it seemed like they were trying to figure things out. The menu was limited and there weren't toomany people coming here. I have been coming here a little more consistently because the place is close to my house I startedcharging for all of the extra snacks. Their meat selection is good and comparable to all the other hot pot places that I'vebeen to. You can never go wrong with their house soups. This place has large pots and not individual ones, so if you don't likethat this is definitely not the place for you. They have a ton of extra snack items on the menu and I would highly recommendthe honey glazed prawns (they're HUGE), green onion pancakes, and the sweet and sour fish. All of the drinks in therefrigerator are free and it is self-service, you just cannot take anything home. There is also scoop yourself ice creamavailable for dessert. All of the times that I've been there they have strictly enforced in 90 minute time limit. There is adiscount if you pay in cash versus if you pay with credit card. The restaurant itself can get very busy so definitely try tocome in a little bit earlier since you may have to wait. The parking lot also gets very full because it shares with Safeway andother little shops. Read more

Grand Hot Pot has everything you need and more to throw a party. Fourteen of us reserved a VIP room from 9pm to Midnight that... included all you can eat hot pot, all you can drink canned soft drinks and canned Sapporo. We spent $45 per person andconsidering you get a private karaoke room with all you can eat and drink I think it's definitely worth it. The food was prettygood quality and the room was spacious with a circular table housing 4 hot pots which we separated between a spicy side and anon spicy side of the table. Grand Hot Pot is a great and entertaining spot to eat and sing especially if you can get enoughpeople to come and book a private room in advance. Read more

Located in a strip mall with Safeway is Grand Hot Pot. What?s special about this place is that it has private karaoke rooms... where you can enjoy your hot pot and singing at the same time in the VIP Rooms with a flat rate of $35.99 per person. Otherwiseit?s $21.99 from 12-4pm and $30.99 from 4-11pm for regular dining. There?s also an electric mah jong table that shuffles thetimes for you! We did the VIP karaoke rooms. It fits 4 pots to a table. Each pot has a divider where you can pick two differentbroths if you like. We did house original and house spicy. The house spicy had more flavor than original and it wasn?tspicy. Favorite meats would be the fatty beef. It?s thin, fatty, and tender. Their steamed Shanghai dumplings were also good.Had the soup broth inside and made the entire filling juicy. The honey glazed prawns is a must order. They are large and notbad. Wish it had walnuts. For drinks, you can help yourself. Options like coke, sprite, soy bean, lychee, guava, grass jelly, etc. Same with desserts, you can help yourself to the ice cream. For the price that we paid, I would say quality was great, service was on point and having beverages and ice cream at your disposal was a plus. I was hesitant on singing and sharing amic but it was covered. I sure hope they change this out after every party. The tv monitor is just like any Korean/Chinese setup. It had all the languages and easy to operate. Read more
