I only used the bathroom and bought a bottled water but I have to say I was super impressed with the staff as they all wore... masks, and the bathroom was extremely clean as was the restaurant. Kudos to the manager for this. Read more
Haven?t been to a McDonalds in a while. Was in Pacifica, suddenly craved some fries, which sparked memories of how good... McDonald?s fries were when I was young. Walked in, they now have touch screens. Ordered a Filet o Fish, a Quarter Pounder mealand upgraded to a shake. This is all electronic, so they supposedly know what?s in your order, right? My number came up, thebag contained a Filet o Fish and they gave me the shake. Where?s the Quarter Pounder, where?s the fries? More numbers go by,my order hasn?t been completed. The white haired man looked at me, why aren?t you leaving? My order isn?t complete, isn?t itprinted out?!? He looks at the bag goes in back. Puts some fries in the bag. Where?s the Quarter Pounder? It?s under theFilet o Fish. The fries (I ordered Medium) were barely warm and were hard, obviously sitting under the ?heat? lamp for a longtime. Are fries valuable? Because they barely gave any of these nasty fries. The sandwiches were/are literally the size ofthe plain hamburger. Sad. This is what McDonalds is now? 2 tiny sad sandwiches, a shake and barely any nasty fries for $21? The attitude of the server just added to the bad experience. Read more
I ordered a large Iced Carmel Machiato excuse the spelling. EXTRA CARMEL. I got my drink with NO Carmel. I asked the lady... where?s the Carmel? She took the drink and not sure what she did and she gave it back. I said I asked for extra Carmel? She tookthe drink back and swirled it around and gave it back. I said this just looks like an iced coffee. She then told me that this ishow she makes them and apparently never puts any Carmel in the Carmel drink? So then I politely asked for my money back. Sheproceeds to take the drink and yell at the people in the back. I heard her slightly say ?oh?? Then she got real quite. A minutelater she came to the window with the correct drink and said ?How?s this!?? No apology not one ounce of remorse for her mistake.Now people I understand this is McDonald?s and only an iced coffee but this service is uncalled for. I?ve been in the retailbusiness and there?s no need. So I?m short I won?t go back there for my iced coffee and I?m sorry for all the people before mewho never received their Carmel. Read more
Not much to say about the food this is McDonald's after all. Service was good and fast.
Stopped at this McDonald's for some fries and ended up getting one of their strawberry lemonade slushy, very good. Both the... order taker and the cashier were friendly from start to finish. Read more

I went today around 8 pm and ordered a couple of caffeinated drinks.some hot some cold. They gave us our order 20 mins later... even though we were the only people there. As soon as we got the drinks my sister said she wanted a hot drink not a cold one butsaid she would drink it. We turn around and hear the workers talking in Spanish saying my sister was bratty and was probablygoing to through a fit. They all laugh including the manager and continue to say some other things i couldnt make out. The onedoing the fries than asks who they were talking about and peeks her head and looks at us and made a comment about how we wereall fat even though she was bigger. They than all start laughing again not knowing we knew the language. DON'T GO HERE Read more
