Barista named Lily was so rude. She raised her voice at me twice when I accidentally picked up a coffee next to my bread labeled... my name. The coffee didn't have a sticker plus I just came back from the restroom so I wouldn't have heard if my name was calledout. I apologized. Her attitude wasn't necessary. I did make sure to tell her she was rude before I left but I didn't get anapology. It makes me not want to deal with this store, sad. Read more
Took them 30min to get the order complete. My drink was ready after 5min, but I had to wait and additional 25min for the cold(!)... pastry. Colma Starbucks is 10x faster! Read more
Very energetic and studious lady servers behind the counter, in designated (very friendly) gretter helping to dish out mobile... orders . (Although she was tuckered out at the end and rather not talked). They were dealing with lots of mobile orders andforgot my counter order for brewed coffee. But all is forgiven! Read more

I am always so impressed with this location! The baristas are always quick to greet me when I walk in? even when super busy. I... usually mobile order & it?s always ready by the time I get there. I love that they designate someone to handle the mobiles. It?sa very efficient system. I?m a former Starbucks partner myself & have worked at a few different locations. Yuk, burnt coffee, not real chocolate but chocolate flavored. Very pretentious people. Would rather have spent the $8 on old... cold gas station coffee for a week than drink this low quality stuff duped it out the cup was the best part and it went in thecompost. The coffee would be great fertilizer but I would not want the chemical chocolate in my garden. As for recommendationdefinitely not I would definitely recommend going to a local coffee shop at least you know you're getting high quality coffee.And by the way I've actually been to some of the best cuppings for coffee and Starbucks is not on the table, I can definitelysee why they don't even make the lowest grade of the the coffee industry. But I guess it's good for people who just like blowingtheir money on junk. Way overpriced. Poor experience at this restaurant. And I usually hardly ever post anything negative. Ordered my drink at this location almost every day for a month while I was in town visiting. The entire team greets you when you... walk in the door and the woman with purple hair is super kind, knew many of the regulars by name and made each drinkexceptional. Read more
