Great food. Only issue is drive thru wait time. Seems to always take forever for whatever reason other than that it's ????

I took my wife here to go get her Mocha Sweet Creme Iced coffee. This Jack in the Box was on the way to church so it was... convenient for us. I used the drive thru since we didn't want to get out of the car. The drive thru move by quickly since therewas only 2 cars in front of me. Their menu was clear and readable when we pulled up. We were basically out of the place withinlike 3 minutes. Their employee was polite during the brief interaction and my wife loved her coffee. I saw that they havedestinated parking spot for pickup if you want to use that option. The lot is not that big so keep that in mind and you mightget stuck at the drive thru exit if a car is trying to make a left turn on Van Nuys Blvd instead of a right. Read more
The restaurant says dine in opens at 8am and it was but they weren?t taking any in restaurant orders because ?the manager hadn?t... arrive.? That is not my problem and the manager should be more responsible. If you advertise to open at 8am, as a customer, Iexpect it to be open! I didn?t just go there all the way to come back home and waist my time! I already don?t like fast food andthis just makes it worst. Read more

Great place to eat! I love the food there! I have been eating there ever since I was a kid! My favorite thing at the moment was... the #2 buttery jack with no tomato and extra orange sauce. Also the curly fries are amazing! The one thing that is nuts thoughis that you guys have gotten rid of the number 17# the bacon and ham sandwich! It is the best thing ever! Just another Jack in the Box, but unlike others, I've seen cleaner facilities than this one. Tables don't seem to be cleaned... regularly, which discourages customers to eat in. Napkins were not available in the napkin holders placed on the tables. Notvery presentable for a Jack in the Box. Staff was ok. Food is still great, service is still fast, but it's the cleanliness ofthe restaurant that bothered me. They should have someone regularly cleaning the dining room. Read more
