Check your food before you leave the drive through, Spicy Chicken Strips are stale, dry and old. You're expected to pay $8.99... for that combo alone, but they're okay with selling you old food. I don't understand how the health department allows this, it'sdangerous. It appears they allow chicken to sit for extended periods of time and don't care placing you at risk for foodpoisoning. Jack is one of the only spots open at about 3am. Appreciate them for that. Down side to that is that the line is killer... sometimes but it's worth it. Their food is good for what it is but they will mess up your order from time to time. Make sureyou have the right amount of tacos! Read more
We went there at 3am and there was already a big line for the drive-tru moving a bit slow but we decided to wait because we were... so hungry and didn?t want McDonald?s. After waiting for 25 minutes we finally had a chance to place our order and as soon as Isaid ?Hello? the cashier said: ?just so you know our system is doing a maintenance reset at the moment and it?s gonna be back inabout 45 minutes. If you want you can place an online Mobil order but it?s gonna take some time for us to get it? I don?t knowif they were behind, extremely busy or short staff but they should it have a ?special? sign by the drive-tru so people can beaware and place their orders online! I just think that if they are gonna advertise 24 hours open, AT LEAST BE PREPARED FORSITUATIONS LIKE THIS. Maybe be close for 1 hour just for the maintenance or something. We are Dutch and got our own pancakes, you can eat up to 6 if you are hungry. But then you have American doorknob pancakes oh my... god!!!! So we ordered our pancakes while we were looking at other people and they were al taking home there pancakes. So we werelike we can do it. but no, after the end of my last layer I was full.
