I love the employees here. I just don't like the drive thru its a hassle !. Also going inside employees can't help it but people... bringing their dogs is a no no for me. When It was my birthday 2 woman ran and said happy birthday. This is my favorite mcdonalds out of 3 others that are near by. Read more
This morning, registers had "cash only/exact change" note over them. I used kiosk for a dine-in order and took numbered placard... as instructed to my table. Internet was "broken". Order was not brought to table. I had to go to counter and ask about my order.What happen to dine-in service?? Read more
I just went to McDonald's and I was lied to my face twice and on top of that I was not given my whole order, i was not given my... receipt when I asked. Thieves. I ordered the big Mac burgers where I was supposed to get one for a dollar(Drive thru). I doublechecked I did not see that on the screen. I let the man know. I was told I was given the deal. So I moved on and ordered a happymeal with a chocolate milk for my son. 2 sides of fries and drinks and a chocolate sundae. When i pulled up to pay I gave thegentleman the card, trusting him. When he grabbed the receipt he ripped it and only gave me back my card and told to pull up. Iwas not given the receipt. I pulled up to get my food and let them know my issue I was told they couldn't see the price there.I asked if they could go check they did not. They handed me my food. Asked if i was missing anything I let them know I have achocolate milk missing and my son's happy meal. I was not given my son's chocolate milk. I was lied to my face and I was givenno possible solutions and practically shooed away. Did I go to corporate, you better believe it. Read more
