I love the employees here. I just don't like the drive thru its a hassle !. Also going inside employees can't help it but people... bringing their dogs is a no no for me. This morning, registers had "cash only/exact change" note over them. I used kiosk for a dine-in order and took numbered placard... as instructed to my table. Internet was "broken". I just went to McDonald's and I was lied to my face twice and on top of that I was not given my whole order, i was not given my... receipt when I asked. Thieves. I ordered the big Mac burgers where I was supposed to get one for a dollar(Drive thru). I doublechecked I did not see that on the screen. I let the man know. I was told I was given the deal. So I moved on and ordered a happymeal with a chocolate milk for my son. 2 sides of fries and drinks and a chocolate sundae. When i pulled up to pay I gave thegentleman the card, trusting him. When he grabbed the receipt he ripped it and only gave me back my card and told to pull up. Iwas not given the receipt. I pulled up to get my food and let them know my issue I was told they couldn't see the price there.I asked if they could go check they did not. They handed me my food. Asked if i was missing anything I let them know I have achocolate milk missing and my son's happy meal. I was not given my son's chocolate milk. Would have to give 2 stars for this location just on how slow this place is with everything with the amount of employees they... have. The place reaks of urine and majority of the tables are not cleaned. Employees here are very rude to customers and takeextremely long in taking and giving people their orders. Read more
Worst McDonalds in the area, avoid it if you can. There is another McDonalds down Van Nuys and also down Glenoaks and one on... foothill. I always go to the ones a little further away for better service. This McDonalds has very slow service, even beforethe pandemic. Not well organized, your order will be wrong, so check it before you leave. Read more
