This place came highly recomended by locals. We were a little early for the dinner run and there were only a couple other... tables occupied. So, it was a very quiet atmosphere. Louder music would have been nice. The Gumbo, it was ok. The FriedPlatter(crawfish, clams, gator tales) was BOMB! My buddy had the jambalaya and it was frickin awesome. We sat at the bar. Bar tender was on top of his game and ddnt fall behind at all. The manager even came by to make sure everything had beencooked and served to perfection. I recomend this spot. Read more

I have dined here several times now and have always had wonderful experiences! Today was a first for my boyfriend and it was... such an overwhelmingly positive and pleasurable experience for the both of us. Our server Beth B. was very kind and helpful! Wedefinitely got dinner and entertainment with her fun, timely and hospitable service. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food isdelicious and authentic! I can’t speak highly enough of this place. Love Broussard's decor more than I'm a fan of the food, but if you're into semi- authentic Cajun this is the place. I think... there's only one other place in Paducah that'll satisfy that urge/ taste. Read more

Good place for New Orleans inspired food. The Gator Platter was filling, along with the Bread Pudding.

This place was highly recommended by our Airbnb hostess. The server was an energetic young woman who lead us through the menu... options. We started out with Gator tails appetizer served with a cocktail sauce. They came out hot and tasty! I had the Cajunstir fry with crawfish very good large portion. My companion had catfish grilled. I think catfish is better fried. The meal wastasty. Large side of vegetables. The dinner salad was amply sized, topped with homemade cajun seasoned croutons. The blue cheesedressing was rich, as it should be. I'd order a side of blue cheese dressing with the Gator tails next time. Dessert was breadpudding, which I found disappointing. For $8, I think it was overpriced. I like a little raisin in my bread pudding. This hadno garnish, but floated in a thin milky rum sauce. I didn't taste the rum. I'd like to investigate different dinner entrees. ButI would have dessert somewhere else. They had an ornate wood bar complete with a mirror. If I was a drinker, I'd hit that!Waitress made us soda water with lime that was mighty fine! Read more

I had to come back and edit my post again because of experience this past Sunday night. We went on a night they were short... staffed which is understandable and while the food we got was good, they were out of a lot of stuff and it took a while to get atable. We were told by the owner/hostess that we would receive a coupon for our next visit because of the wait and never seenher again. We love this place so it was hard to drop the rating like this. If I could give this place less than one star I would. The food was flavorless and did not represent what Cajun food stands for.... The etouffee was more like a bland spaghetti. The gumbo was sweet and had potatoes much like a stew. (It wasn't potato saladeither.) Honestly the best part was the sweet tea. Way too much money for restaurant to fall that short. I will not be back. Read more

Wish I had more time in town! The alligator bites were great, etouffee was tasty, and beer was cold. We sat at the patio and... enjoyed the live music. Great atmosphere and great entertainment. Others had creole and swordfish, they were happy with theirorder. Great staff :) Read more
