The food was good. The drive thru experience sucks! I don't want someone with an I pad coming up to my window and saying "what... do you want" and I especially don't want them doing it prior to me getting to the menu. The corrugated menus they have zip tiedto the carport before the real menu has the print so small you can hardly see and the wind has wrapped the corrugated boardaround the carport tubing. The regular drive through experience was much more efficient and a better customer experience. Read more
This is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. I always get the nuggets. I could eat them every day. The only downside to... this is I don't care for the waffle fries. I wish they had just any other kind of fries. Read more
It takes alot to earn 5 stars as a fast food restaurant. Although we did not dine in, The drive thru was a very positive... experience. The staff was friendly and expedient. The order was 100% correct. The chicken wrap and sweet tea were delicious. Wewill stop there again when traveling. Read more
Ive never been to a chick fil A and had bad food or bad service. This one though was by far one of the best. The service was... outstanding, the food fresh, hot, and delicious, and the restaurant was incredibly clean. I will return on our future trips toPaducah. Read more
While I love the food and the service is amazing, like really really amazing, I had to go with 4 stars. I generally do not have... items missing with my food, however this time I was missing my straw and Chick-fil-A sauce, I was devastated. Just kidding, Ican survive without those but the 4 star is for the wait. It does take a while to get through the drive through. Granted theyare always busy, and I know the employees try, but it is not unusual to be in line 15 or more minutes. I know they are tryingand the atmosphere in the drive through is great, its just hard to commit to waiting in line for that long on a lunch break. Read more
