Staying at local hotel. Ordered online and tracked progress using app. App stated order was out for delivery so I tracked... driver thru app. App then changed to delivered... but I never received order. Kept checking hallway to see if driver left foodoutside of door; nothing in hallway. So I called store. Person that answered phone somewhat rudely stated she promised orderwent out for delivery. She could've checked with driver but chose not to. So e hung up and I waited another 20 min... stillnothing so I called store again and different person answered and put me on hold to talk with driver. Came back on and told medriver delivered to wrong room on my floor. He then offered to remake the order to which I declined due to late hour and said Iwanted my money back. He said people make mistakes and that he'd TRY and refund my money... then hung up on me. I'd checked thehallway continually while waiting, no food was left by any door on my hallway. I called hotel front desk twice and hotel deskattendent said no Domino's person entered hotel. Domino's delivery is a huge part of business model. Not only did this drivergo to wrong room... but had to go to wrong hotel as well. People do make mistakes, but attention to detail to go to correctaddress should be a core competency. How did order status change to delivered? And when a customer calls with a problem, thestore employees should take resolving the issue seriously without being rude. After all, I didn't make the mistake... they didand I'm the one with money at risk. Buyer beware of this store for sure. Read more

I had quit ordering from here, because of the inconsistency. After 3 years, I gave them another try.....Hard, dry crust. No... marinera sauce. Ordered extra feta cheese.... Absolutely the worst pizza ever. Read more
I waited at the drive in for over 5 min. once getting it home the pizza bottom was burnt. even though it was a free medium 2... topping pizza it had little flavor & a burnt bottom. I purchased the cheese & bread experience and the cheese was litterally1/16 of an inch and .... BURNT as well. We received multiple breads however only enough cheese for 3. This issaddddddddddddddddd FYI what have they done on the Garlic sauce....it's definitely tasting artificial. UPDATE: I received acall from a very nice lady. She apologized with great concern & said My next visit would be comped. I thought that was verynice public relations. However, I still have not gone back. Read more
Food was delivered to wrong address. When driver delivered second time, I received a call from the wrong address again with the... driver asking ?so are you going to come out and get this food?. When in fact he was not at the right place. I understanddelivering to the wrong place since there was only one number difference in the address but the rudeness was absolutely uncalledfor. Read more

I ordered a sausage and pineapple pizza, with the pineapples "cold on the side." The guy taking the order reassured me he... understood. Apparently the cook did not. But usually they're pretty spot on with their estimation of time and orders. Read more
