This store has been hitting home runs with my last few orders. Everything has been great, perfectly cooked, and delivered very... quickly. I REALLY enjoy the baked cheese dips with twists. The Brooklyn style crust is great too! Domino's had really stepped upwith the latest menu items. Read more
Horrible experience. The order was placed on the mobile app and it stated it would be ready for pickup in 21-31 minutes. I was... at the store 30 minutes later and it took someone 11 minutes to come to the pickup window. I was told it was just going into theoven and they'll bring it out to me if I wanted to park. 15 minutes later I walked into the store and was told it was in theoven. So I walked over to the racks and pointed out my 3 boxes that had been sitting there for a few minutes. I then had to waiton the sauces I purchased. After I got home I noticed one pizza was cut horribly, as if they closed their eyes while cutting andthe other pizza wasn't cut at all. So it took 30 minutes longer than estimated and they weren't even cut. The sad part is therewas 5 employees in there. Papa John's just down the road or Marcos would be a better option. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Now granted we ordered on a Saturday, but the app said our order would be ready in 30 minutes.... We were there to pick it up on time and they said it would be 30 MORE minutes. Said they were sorry, but it's a Saturday. Yeah,well, plan ahead for that. It happens every week. Maybe hire people older than teenagers. They were not even polite about it. Wecanceled the order and they had better hope my money shows up back on my card in a day or so. AND I lost my free pizza that Iused on the order. ???? Will not use them again. They've been getting worse every time we use them. Read more
Regular customers, we love Domino's Pizza! They normally always have my order right the first time. However, if they're is a... mistake they do not hesitate whatsoever to fix it, and send replacement back to us at home without us having to leave and get itourselves. This place has turned in to a joke. One second they tell you that your order is coming out. The next they tell you it isn't even... made yet. I believe it's time someone in management step up and do something about this. Forty minutes and waiting.... Read more
