Use to be one of our favorite places in town but lately it's been very hit and miss, the pizza is almost never completely cooked... with a raw dough layer under the cheese, this last time we went the breadsticks were hard in places like they were stale & ifyou get a drink NEVER get their sweet tea last few times we've been the tea has a had a super bad odor like nobody has cleanedthe container in months. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1 is because the rest of the food wasn't the absoluteworse but still not good enough to make the rest of the experience enjoyable. Read more
My daughter n I got the garlic chicken ravioli to share and it was amazing. I thought it would be dry and not very tasty, but... the chicken was moist and the ravioli was so delicious. We also got a piece of cinnamon roll cheese cake to share and oh mygoodness. Best choice ever. Ahhmazing. Read more
Really good pasta dishes. They have different new dishes at times. Havnt had a bad experience here. They use real plates and... silverware, fast food but upscale dinning. Order and pay at counter, they bring it to you. Leave your plates on the table, theyclean up. Only wish they came around with the garlic bread more often. Read more

Decided to go there bc of an email from Fazoli's telling me that if I ordered manicotti, that I would get an 15 extra points on... my rewards program. I hope that they show up on my account. So I met a friend there & we ordered it. She had the meat & I hadthe shrimp. It looked amazing & the first bites were pretty good. Not entirely warm enough, but I kept eating & talking.Eventually, I got to the manicotti noodles that were hard to cut & chew & the cheese wasn't melted. Not impressed w that dish. Ionly wanted it bc it was shrimp & Fazoli's has no other shrimp dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, I've had the same problem wundercooked pasta there before. The mozzarella cheese balls were ok, but quite chewy, even if there were a good number of them.Those breadsticks were awesome tho!! Read more
