Came across this gem while visiting from out of town. Absolutely delicious. Healthy, light eating. I wanted to try everything!
I seriously LOVE this place. I live in FL but visited here a few years ago with my fiance for his work. We loved the Hulk and... Bermuda bowls! Well, this week we came back for his work again. I was sooo excited when I realized we were in the sweet townthat holds this gem!! (Like ridiculous excited!) So today I fully enjoyed their Pink Flamingo smoothie and their Savory AvocadoToast! I enjoyed both and all I wish is that I could drag this establishment back to FL with me, for real! We'll be grabbing acouple of our previous loved frutta bowls for dinner this week before we go back home!! Read more

Friendly customer service. My bowl was wrong but immediately fixed with a great attitude. Very clean establishment, but they... don't wear or require masks. As far as the food, the bowl is a decent size but overly sweet to me. The fruit was and toppingswere fresh and delicious but the base itself seemed more sugar than healthy. I got the Jamaican with strawberries instead ofblueberries. I'd get it again but with no honey. Definitely worth a try but I was not amazed. Read more
One of the few vegetarian restaurants in Paducah. This is the first time I had their bowl and it was delicious. Perfect for a... hot summer day. I had the frutta bowl and the green smoothie, the loved the bowl, the smoothie was just okay. I wish they hadGreek yogurt in the bowl too, it would make it more delicious. Read more
As always EXCELLENT service and tasty treats. ???????? The rewards program they've added is an excellent additional incentive.... Just enjoyed my free bowl thanks to my Birthday Reward! Love the plant protein bites. Nothing was spared on the decor', veryunique and modern industrial, but so exceptionally tasteful! (Just like everything they serve) We've enjoyed the personal ordersand also the party platter was a hit with veg heads and carnivores alike at my Nana's celebration of life memorial. The ownersare exceptional people and last week during my visit, they even had a collection for Starfish Orphan Ministry on the counter, sosupporting local charities. I was ready for some breakfast and decided to check out this restaurant. I have been curious as to what this place was all... about. The gentleman behind the counter working was really nice and extremely knowledgeable about the food. I chose to try theSuperfood dish minus the coconut. I really enjoyed it. The only thing I would've liked better is if it hadn't been so frozen.Creamier would have been better I think. They had organic coffee. I wasn't a huge fan of it.
