Too busy gossiping to pay attention to customers and their ordered. Didn?t even give the correct total but at least got change... right. Had to honk to get their attention. Then I get the breakfast to work and they gave me the wrong biscuit. Read more
My son and I left early to mountain bike in Illinois so we decided grab breakfast on the way. Pulled up in drive-thru, asked... what the biscuit special was. Ordered two specials but she said i could only get one. I asked why and she said they were runninglow on biscuits because the truck hasn't delivered yet. I said so if someone was in the truck with me they couldn't get one?Hence the reason i ordered twp specials. She said, yes they could. Terrible service at 8:25 pm we ordered a kids meal whenever we received it it was hard fries that were cold so we asked for new... fresh ones for my daughter and received hard cold ones approximately one minute later then I call the store to hopefully speakwith a manager and go figure no answer takes a terrible person to mess a kids food up twice and expect them to eat garbagepretty much being lazy never eat here SHAME ON YOU HARDEES Read more
Staff was friendly, patient and helpful. Typical fast food with a few flavor twists. Swiss cheese was on my Frisco burger.
