This restaurant was a lot busier than the last time we came, but it was clean and we were quickly greeted and sat by a hostess.... Our server was kind, fast, and personable. The food arrived hot and our server kept us swimming in beverages. We enjoyed a tablevisit by the general manager as well and she was very kind. 48 minutes to get our order not even a full restaurant. At best 20 percent capacity. And then it was the complete disaster for... a standard, everyday omelet. Not any special additions or subtraction. Just a standard Omelet straight from the menu. Thatunfortunately came both incorrect ingredients and ice cold. Same with the the pancakes, my wife's breakfast also was ice cold.My guess would be it all sat in the window for pick up for an easy 30 minutes. Front of the house servers seemed to trulytrying. Back of the house was easily heard, not entirely a verbal thing you want a family service restaurant to hear. Managerscame by, offered to remake the food but after 48 minutes from or order to delivery we just wanted to leave. Possible this wasnot the standard example of this crew or the leadership here. This restaurant was fantastic. We were recommended by Brian Foor, who works there, and yes, it was amazing. Good service, good... food, big meals, clean place (and clean bathroom!!!). We just loved it and we'll surely be back. Read more
First trip since this location rebuilt. I love the all you can eat pancake option! Coffee was devine (as always). Fast,... friendly service. The layout was a bit different (felt more cramped). Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Alreadylooking forward to my next trip. Read more
