Came in and sat there for 5 minutes before the waitress came up and told me she would be back in a minute. Then when she finally... came back I ordered water and a barbecue sandwich. I sat for almost an hour before I got it and the sandwich was cold. Waitresswas nice and got my order right. Not sure why it takes so long to make a sandwich when there are 12 patrons in there and halfare sitting at the bar talking. Read more

Ordered to-go and when I showed up to pick up my order, saw the rating was a C. Too late to cancel my order, so I went in and... paid for my orde that was just over $100. Got home and everything was tasting good until my wife said our 2 year old sons potatosoup tasted weird. It was out of date and tasted awful. Even though he only had a couple spoon fulls, I can only hope he won?tget sick. Complete negligence. Me and my family will NOT be back. Read more
We came to eat at a slow time about 4 in the afternoon,I order's a porterhouse steak and my wife order a bacon cheese burger... with no bun and plain. My steak had no flavor and my wife's burger came out wrong. We sent it back and it took 20 min to comeback and it was horrible,bacon was almost raw,and the chips were alright. The waiterss seem to act like she was gettingfrustrated with us. This is becoming increasingly common with this restaurant. Read more
Todays lunch with the Lunch Buddies was at Logan?s Roadhouse in Paducah Ky. Food was good, service was great and it came out... from the kitchen rather fast! Really appreciate that the restaurant manager stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoyingour meal. This is a really great restaurant for groups. There are hidden pockets in the restaurant where you can put groups andit makes lunch parties feel private. Read more
Ordered an hour before closing for pick up. Arrived 15 mins later and staff was extremely rude to us. Telling us they were about... to close and mad that we were paying in cash (Ordered pick up at 8:45 and they close at 10). And apparently the Fried Cheesebacon burger is now left over mozzarella sticks. I would have understood the attitude if it was 20-30 mins before closing and mecoming in there to eat. But if I order a pick up over an hour before closing and you?re mad at me and complain. I guess Iunderstand why y?all?s parking lot was empty and Texas Road House is always crazy busy. Read more
The wait staff were charming and attentive. Nice atmosphere. However, the cooks didn't get our order right. My sister ordered... the filet mignon and I the ribeye. She got a New York and I got the ribeye. My sister was hungry and didn't want to bothersending it back. When the bill came, the waitress had just charged us for 2 sirloins.
