My boyfriend went over on his 30 minute lunch break and they ruined the WHOLE order!!! He wanted a large original chicken... sandwich meal with a chocolate shake; the fry container was not even half full with old fries (and they weren?t at the bottomcause I told him to check just in case it just fell over!), the milkshake looked like they just threw a medium into a large cupwith a sad attempt to make it look fuller with whip cream, and the sandwich tasted like it was just sitting on the heatedcounter for an hour and had no mayo on it even though it was asked for! I have tried to call to speak to a manager already andthe line was busy but I am calling again so if it?s busy again they probably just have it turned off. I have worked at aMcDonald?s before and know how busy it gets but I still made sure that the meal I gave my customers was correct and made sure itwas fresh! Do better guys. Read more

Drive thru was very busy and slow. Took about 8 minutes to get through. The food was fresh and hot. Coke mix seems off.
Went here tonight an hour before close and not only did I have to wait forever (it wasn?t busy to which I?m used to) and as a... restaurant employee I know what it?s like to be close to the end of the night; however how rude the guy at the door was when Iwent to get my food was in called for. I tried to keep my order short and simple so that they wouldn?t have to do more work. Iwill 100% not be going to this place again. Not to be a Karen; but what did I do to deserve this? Read more
If I could give it a 0 I would. Went through the drive through today July 6th at 1 pm. The lady taking my order was rude from... the start, I tried to order 2 10pc nuggets (not in a meal) a Dr Pepper and a Coke, and a cheeseburger. She didn?t ring up whatwe wanted, and was very rude. I addressed the order being wrong she met me with rude comments and severe aggression. I will notbe coming back to place I am disrespected. This needs to be addressed with the Manager. Read more
They gave me these two tiny tomato pieces off a cherry tomato I'm guessing, up charged me for that and the pinch of lettuce... separately for almost a total of a dollar more and didn't even bother to put the second piece of meat on my quarter poundersandwich. Not happy with the level of service as I was as kind as can be going thru the drive thru but you better believe Iraised my voice because I had to come inside and explain to the store manager my issue. And now I've been waiting fifteenminutes for a refund and a replacement meal. Poor service over me raising my voice and asserting my role as the custom who justordered 20$ in food and paid for at least one hour of your employee wages. The restaurant was clean. The ladies restroom was clean, but really could use some updating. They had a nice touch of home with... little flower arrangementson the tables.
