Food came out completely cold, and they got our order wrong 3 times. Some of the workers were on the phone, and one was filming... a TikTok, which I wouldn't normally have a problem with, but it was busy, (which they were very audibly complaining about,) so Idon't know why they couldn't just do their jobs. McDonald's is usually a 4 star for me, you know what to expect because it should be the same everywhere, today this was not the... case, maybe an off day, it happens. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and 2 lg Dr Peppers. I always get Mayonnaise, extra pickles and extra onion. I repeated this... twice and it did show up on my receipt. However, it seems they can't read. There was no extra onions, two pickles (normalamount for a double cheese burger with no special request) and absolutely no Mayonnaise. I can't stand the taste of elietchup byitself. It wouldn't be an issue, except I paid over $5 for those two burgers and I feel like since I'm paying for it, it shouldcome the way I ordered it.
