McDonald's is usually a 4 star for me, you know what to expect because it should be the same everywhere, today this was not the... case, maybe an off day, it happens. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and 2 lg Dr Peppers. I always get Mayonnaise, extra pickles and extra onion. I repeated this... twice and it did show up on my receipt. However, it seems they can't read. There was no extra onions, two pickles (normalamount for a double cheese burger with no special request) and absolutely no Mayonnaise. I can't stand the taste of elietchup byitself. It wouldn't be an issue, except I paid over $5 for those two burgers and I feel like since I'm paying for it, it shouldcome the way I ordered it. I usually have a good experience here. Whoever the female was working the drive through this morning was very rude. I made a... simple order. I asked for a coffee and a soda and she said the soda machine was down, which was not the problem. I did not hearher so I asked her what she said and she proceeds to repeat herself in a tone announciating every word and syllable as to say Iwas slow or illiterate! Went to Jackson St McDonald's. Used the app, did curbside because it's cheaper and faster. Good experience all around though.
