Ordered the shrimp and steak medallions the meat was like rubber. I ordered a cup of clam chowder, didn't get it . Asked the... server for extra bread ,didn't get it . Asked for cinnamon and brown sugar for my sweet potato,didn't get it. My wife asked fora medium rare steak, it was raw in the middle, it wasn't cooked enough to call rare. We've been to alot of Outback Steakhouse restaurants but this one is tops! Our waiter Phillip was awesome. He anticipated our... every need and even suggested their new shrimp appetizer that was great. Our steak came out medium well instead of rare.Themanager Bradley offered to make us a new steak but we insisted we would be good. He made good by adjusting the check. We werevery surprised and grateful. Great manager, super waiter and awesome dinner. Can't wait to come back again! Read more
Outback steak house is truly one of our favorite restaurants. The food is excellent truly 5 star quality food. The customer... service is excellent. This used to be my favorite place to get a steak. Today is my Husband and I anniversary so we went there because it was always a... no fail place to enjoy a good dinner. It was ruined from the start today. They brought the blooming onion which was absolutelyterrible tasted of old grease and over cooked. They brought out our meals - my husband's fries were soaked in the juices fromhis fish, brought me the wrong steak, my french onion soup was disgusting... I don't even how to describe that congealed slop.My husband's asparagus was covered in spices. By the time my original order was brought out my Husband had already given up oneating. My steak was chewy and flavorless , I got a to go box and gave it to my dog. The manager did comp the meal and gave usa couple gift cards but that doesn't change the fact that a meal I had been craving and looking forward to was ruined. Itdefinitely changed mood of the day. I honestly never expected to leave there unhappy and disappointed. Next anniversary we willgo elsewhere. I may never go back. Read more

We waited 15 minutes before WE were acknowledged, only after I stopped Jamyra as she walked by and then we felt welcome. Chopped salad was VERY overdressed. Was their half salad-used full amount? Told water, brought out ?another? salad. Seemed like... maybe a couple pieces of lettuce added to same plate still overdressed and soggy. Ate couple bites. Waiter nor manager addressedwhen at our booth. Got loaded baked potato. See pic asked for more green onions. Waiter brought large chucks which are notedible and overgrown. Almost wondered if pulled from trash. Would never serve it at home. Didn?t eat.
