Like every pilot or flying j I stop at when there isn'ta TA or Pertro.When I am going to show up late I pay for a reserved... parking spot and without a doubt every single time I show up to check in, my reserved spot is taken by another driver and I amtold by the employees that they can't do anything about it. So they refund me my money and now I have no where to park. Pilotand flying j needs to fix this issue and this will be the last time I ever stop at a pilot or flying j again. Parking lot issmall, hard to park and drivers park where ever they please when they are not supposed too. Don't offer reserved parking if youaren't going to enforce the rules of reserved parking. You charge $20.00 a spot and can't even keep those spots cleared for thedrivers who pay. Read more
Please do not accidentally leave any personal cards by accident at this place . My mother called about her card missing and they... had informed her that they found it . She went to pick it up and the lady at the counter who assisted her said she put my momscard in the shredder. My mom was extremely upset and asked if she was joking and In a smart manner the manager said proceeded tosay ? you can go look if you want to ? and she did, after she had just spoke to them on the phone . It was less than 24 hoursfrom the time she lost her card and went to pick it up. The disrespectful manager who shredded my mothers cards name is CANDACESTRONG and for anyone who has had any bad experiences with her I?m sorry you had to deal with that . This is for the reserved parking only. They placed them close, but they are behind the fuel island and difficult to get into. ... They need to move them to the other side of the lot where it is easier to park. Read more
Worst Subway ever. Supposed to be 24 hours. This is the second day I come home after eight hours of work and wasn?t able to get... dinner. Candice Strong needs to be a better manager. And Chastity or Chastity needs to stop shutting down every time she gets agroup of people at one time. Plenty of food ready but wouldn?t make me a sandwich. Read more

Stopped by to fill up. Lot was clean and there was towels and squeegee to clean windows. Gas $4.55 Diesel $5.89
The store itself is serviceable enough. The drivers coming in here are something else. They make a hole at the entrance so it... effectively blocks other drivers from getting out. Not to mention it is the entrance to r+l carriers. If drivers would learn howto trip plan they wouldn't all be scrambling for a spot. Or you have like this one guy pictured. No one in front of him and heis completely blocking any leaving out to clean his windshield. Smh. Read more
